Our services

  1. Administration according to the German home ownership law (WEG)
    The WEG administrator is taking care of the collective property. He / she is responsible for all documents, insurance policies, contracts as well as the entire correspondence. The WEG administrator represents the community to third parties.

  2. Administration of your single real property unit
    Current court concerning tenancy are permanently being integrated into contracts between owner and tenant. The tenants are attended on site.

  3. Tenancy administration
    Tenancy administration includes annual accounting of operating cost, account management of the tenancy account, recording of all receipts and payments, in case of a change in tenants acceptance and handing-over of the rented property, regular local inspection of the property.

  4. Accounting of operating costs
    You administer your property yourself, but have no time for annual accounting of the operating costs. We undertake accounting of the operating costs for you.

  5. Building management
    As central contact for tenants, craftsmen and authorities we attend to care, maintenance and increase of value of your investment. This takes place by continuous monitoring of the structural condition, by a 24-hour emergency service as well as caretaker services.

  6. Sale
    We accompany you from a first inspection of a property up to your appointment with a notary and support you with all your questions concerning purchase or sale, respectively. We likewise undertake liquidation and sale of distressed real estate directly on behalf of creditor banks and law firms.

  7. Letting
    We let your apartment, your single-family house, your shop as well as your office and storage space in Leipzig and its surroundings.

  8. Sequestration
    Since April 2004, employees of our company have been appointed sequestrators at the District Court of Leipzig.
